You're already building in Lovable, Claude Code, Base44, Bolt — whatever. You got further than most. But there's a gap between "almost done" and "real people are using it." In 4 weeks, we close it.
From half-built to live, with real users in hand
Weekly working session plus Slack support whenever you're stuck
One price. No hourly. No upsell. Everything included.
Is this you?
Half-built and stuckYou started in Lovable or Claude Code or Base44, hit a wall you can't get past, and the tab's been open for two weeks.
Built but not deployedIt works on your screen. It doesn't exist in the world. App stores, hosting, domains — it's all a maze and you keep putting it off.
Functional but roughCore flow works. You're embarrassed to share it. The polish, the edge cases, the onboarding — it all needs another pass.
No launch planYou haven't told anyone. You don't know what to post, where to post it, or how to get the first 50 users in.
The 4 weeks
A focused four-week path from where you are to a real product in real people's hands. No drift, no scope creep.
We audit what you've built and ruthlessly scope the MVP — what makes the cut, what doesn't. Then we unblock the core flow so it works end-to-end.
Testing, security, edge cases — then deploy. Hosting, domain, app stores. Whatever it takes to make it real and safe to ship.
Get it in front of 10–20 friendly users. Watch what breaks, watch what they say, sharpen the messaging and the onboarding.
Content, distribution, the public post. The right people see it. The sprint ends with a clear-eyed decision on what's next.

I spent 5+ years as a Product Manager shipping SaaS products at companies like Wandrian (250K+ monthly users, $3M+ monthly revenue) and Bankly. I know what it takes to actually get something out the door.
Then I started building my own apps the way you are — no developer, no code, just AI tools and product instinct. I've launched 4 apps. Mali, my financial education app, hit 500+ downloads and $1K+ in revenue in its first week.
The Launch Sprint exists because I keep meeting founders who are 80% of the way there and stuck on the last 20%. That last 20% is what I'm best at. Let's finish yours.
"She got to launch — and her users are paying for it."
"She was looking to hire a developer. Instead, she finished it herself."

Launch Sprint · 4 Weeks
flat · 4-week engagement · paid upfront
Limited spots. Discovery call is free — no pressure, no pitch.
Be clear-eyed
A focused 4-week sprint to get you launched and into market. So you know what you're not paying for:
What if I haven't built anything yet?
Then this isn't the right offer for you. The Launch Sprint assumes you've already started — you have something working, even if it's rough. If you're starting from an idea, the 12-week Vibecode & Launch program is built for that.
What tools do you support?
Lovable, Claude Code, Base44, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, Windsurf — basically anything AI-assisted. I don't care what you started in. The principles of shipping and getting users are the same.
What if my app is more broken than I thought?
That's exactly what week 1 is for. We do an honest audit and decide together whether 4 weeks is enough. If it isn't, we talk about rolling into the 12-week program — no extra setup, just more runway.
What if we don't finish in 4 weeks?
We will, because the scope is set on day one to fit the time. The whole point is a focused sprint with a clear endpoint. If something genuinely changes, we extend — but my job is to make sure you ship.
How is this different from the 12-week program?
The 12-week is for founders starting from an idea — we figure out what to build, then build it, then launch. The Launch Sprint is for founders who already started and need help finishing. Faster, cheaper, more focused.
What does "heavy async" actually mean?
A shared Slack channel and Loom for the full 4 weeks. When you hit an error at 11pm, you send it. I respond within a working day, usually faster. This is how the real work gets done between our weekly sessions.
What happens on the discovery call?
We look at what you've built, where you're stuck, and what "launched" looks like for you. I'll tell you honestly whether 4 weeks is realistic. No pressure, no hard sell.
